At ArtisticSoul, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with all our products and services. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products and Downloads
1.1 E-Books, Digital Art Files, and Downloadable Resources
Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds on digital downloads once the purchase is complete and the download link has been provided, except in the following circumstances:
- The download link provided does not work, and we are unable to provide a working replacement within 72 hours.
- The digital product is significantly different from what was described or advertised.
- The digital product contains technical errors that make it unusable, and we are unable to provide a corrected version within 72 hours.
To request a refund for digital products under these circumstances, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase, including your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.
1.2 Online Courses and Tutorials
For online courses or tutorial subscriptions:
- We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase if you are not satisfied with the course content.
- To be eligible for a refund, you must not have completed more than 25% of the course content.
- If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing the course, please contact our support team before requesting a refund, as we may be able to resolve the issue.
Refund requests for courses must be submitted within the 14-day period to [email protected] with your order number and reason for dissatisfaction.
2. Physical Products
2.1 Original Artwork
For original artwork purchases:
- All original artworks come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs).
- The artwork must be returned in its original condition, with all packaging materials and documentation.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the artwork is packaged securely for safe return.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method with insurance for the full value of the artwork.
2.2 Art Prints and Merchandise
For art prints, merchandise, and other physical products:
- You may return items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- For damaged or defective items, we will cover the return shipping costs and send a replacement at no additional charge.
- For returns due to preference or sizing issues, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
To initiate a return or exchange for physical products, please contact [email protected] with your order number, photos of the item(s), and reason for return.
3. Workshops and Events
3.1 In-Person Workshops
For in-person workshops and events:
- Full refunds are available up to 14 days before the scheduled event date.
- 50% refunds are available between 13 and 7 days before the event.
- No refunds are offered within 6 days of the event, but you may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying us in advance.
- If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future event.
3.2 Live Online Workshops
For live online workshops:
- Full refunds are available up to 7 days before the scheduled workshop.
- No refunds are offered within 6 days of the workshop, but you will receive access to the recorded session if available.
- If you are unable to attend due to technical issues on our end, we will provide a full refund or access to a future workshop.

4. Membership Subscriptions
For ArtisticSoul premium membership subscriptions:
- Monthly memberships: You can cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the month.
- Annual memberships: If you cancel within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal, you may request a prorated refund for the unused portion. After 14 days, the subscription remains active until the end of the term with no refund.

5. Commission Work
For custom art commissions:
- The initial deposit (typically 50% of the total cost) is non-refundable once work has begun on the commission.
- If you cancel a commission before work has begun, we will refund the deposit less a 10% administrative fee.
- If you are not satisfied with the final artwork, we will work with you to make reasonable adjustments based on the original agreement.
- Full commissions that do not meet the agreed-upon specifications may be eligible for a partial refund, to be determined on a case-by-case basis.

6. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider's policies.
For credit card purchases, please note that it may take an additional 2-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
7. Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refunds in the following situations:
- Requests made outside the specified refund period for each product or service category.
- Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration not caused by ArtisticSoul.
- Digital products that have been downloaded, accessed, or where download attempts have been made (except as specified in section 1).
- Customized or personalized items, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
- Special order items that were created specifically for you.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or change our Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. It is your responsibility to review this Refund Policy periodically for changes.
Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
